Core Haven Labs is a software studio based in the Netherlands. We build AI systems for barbers, restaurants and other local businesses: tools that take one recurring chore completely off your hands and then simply do their job, day and night.

What we build

Not generic business software with a hundred settings, but systems that do one thing very well and know exactly what a business owner's day looks like.

How we work

• One chore, completely. Each system takes over one part of the day entirely: from the first message to the final payment. Half automated is not automated.
• Built with the business owner at the table. We first build the smallest thing that really works and put it to work in a real business. What happens there decides what we build next.
• Safety before speed. When in doubt, the system does nothing and waits for the owner. A sensitive review or an unclear appointment request always goes past a human first.
• Done means done. Every part must be complete, including the connections between parts, before the next one starts. Whatever is not finished lives on paper, not in the app.

• Two AI providers behind every text: if the first fails, the second takes over without a customer noticing.
• More than 470 automated tests on every change, plus a fixed set of 52 test reviews we measure the replies against.
• Connections with Google and WhatsApp stored encrypted; every action logged; limits on sensitive operations.
• Real-time: Google and WhatsApp report to us, so a review or message is handled within minutes, not at the next round.

What we deliberately do not do

• No cookies, no trackers, no third-party analytics. Not on this site either.
• No use of your data or your customers' data for advertising, and no selling it. The AI system does not learn from your reviews or conversations.
• No made-up promises in replies: no discounts offered, no fault admitted, no contact details you did not enter yourself.
• No notice periods. You cancel in the app, immediately; access continues until the end of the paid period.

The company

Core Haven Labs is a Dutch trade name. Behind it is a small team that builds, tests and answers your email itself.
