Terms of Service Auto-Reputatie

In case of any discrepancy, the Dutch version prevails.

These terms apply to the use of Auto-Reputatie, a service by Core Haven Labs. By creating an account you agree to them. Version of 8 September 2026.

2. What the service does

Auto-Reputatie connects to your Google Business Profile, fetches your reviews, has an AI system write a proposed reply and publishes that reply on Google: after your approval, or automatically if you have set that per star rating. Reviews about sensitive topics are never answered automatically; you always see those first.

The service is intended for businesses. You confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of the business whose Google Business Profile you connect.

3. Free and Pro

• Free: connecting your Google Business Profile and viewing your reviews. No card details needed.
• Pro, €39 per month, excluding VAT: AI replies to new reviews, publishing replies yourself or automatically, notifications, and settings for tone, contact details and rules per star rating.

We may change what is included in Free and in Pro. We announce a price change at least thirty days in advance; you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

4. Trial period

New customers can try Pro free for 4 days. You enter your card details at the start. During the trial the service writes AI replies for up to 10 reviews. A review counts once, the first time a reply is written for it; editing or regenerating that reply does not count again. Once that number is reached, the replies already written remain available and new reviews are answered only once Pro starts.

If you do not cancel within those 4 days, the subscription automatically becomes a paid monthly subscription of €39 per month, excl. VAT. You can also start Pro earlier via ‘Start Pro now’ in the app; the trial then ends immediately and the first month of €39, excl. VAT, is charged right away. If you cancel within the trial period without starting Pro early, nothing is charged. The trial applies once per organisation.

5. Payment, cancellation and withdrawal

• On the web you pay through Stripe, monthly in advance. In-app purchases run through the App Store or Google Play; Apple's or Google's terms also apply and you manage the subscription there.
• You can cancel at any time in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Until that date you keep full access to Pro and can undo the cancellation.
• We do not refund remaining days of a current month, except where the law requires it.
• If you are a consumer rather than a business, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days for a distance purchase. By having the service start immediately you ask us to begin within that period; with Auto-Reputatie that is the case as soon as the service is available.
• If a payment fails, we retry. If payment remains outstanding, your account falls back to the free tier. Your data is kept.

6. Your responsibility for replies

Every reply published through Auto-Reputatie appears on Google under your business name. You are responsible for the content of every published reply, including replies published automatically based on your settings. The AI system is a tool; we check proposals for a number of risks, but we cannot guarantee that every reply is factually correct, complete or appropriate.

You can put the service in preview mode at any time (nothing is published then), turn off automatic publishing, and edit or reject any proposal. You do not use the service to publish misleading, offensive or unlawful replies, or in violation of Google's rules.

7. Your account and the connection with Google

• You keep your login details confidential and report misuse of your account immediately.
• You grant the connection with Google yourself and can revoke it in the app at any time. Without the connection the service cannot fetch reviews or publish replies.
• Google may change the availability or the rules of its services. We have no influence over that.
• You can delete your account in the app. This deletes your organisation, locations, reviews, replies and Google connection.

8. Availability, without guarantee

We do our best to keep the service working well and without interruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, response times or any particular result (such as more or better reviews). The service depends on third parties, including Google, AI providers and payment services. Maintenance and outages can occur. Where possible we announce maintenance in advance.

When in doubt the system publishes nothing: a reply that fails our checks stays a draft for you to assess.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for damage arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost revenue, reputational damage or damage caused by the content of replies published according to your settings. These limitations do not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part.

10. Data and privacy

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy. It forms part of these terms.

11. Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your access in case of abuse, violation of these terms or of Google's rules, or when legally required. If we discontinue the service as a whole, we announce this at least sixty days in advance and refund prepaid amounts for the remaining period.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We announce significant changes at least thirty days in advance in the app or by email. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

13. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. We try to resolve a dispute together first; email hallo@corehavenlabs.com for that.
