- The cost of automated review replies
What does automated Google review replying cost?
The subscription is only one part of the cost. You may still need to inspect sensitive reviews and adjust your tone. Use your own monthly review count to make a fair comparison.
Measure your current time first
Count new reviews per month and time the reading, fact-checking and writing. Thirty reviews at five minutes each take 150 minutes, or two and a half hours. At an internal time value of €30 per hour, that is €75 in staff time. This is an illustration, not a promised saving.
If you receive only a few reviews, manual replies may be enough. With more reviews or locations, software may free up time for cases that need attention.
What does Auto-Reputatie cost?
Viewing reviews is free. Pro currently costs €39 per month excluding VAT. It drafts AI replies, can post automatically when you choose, and sends sensitive reviews to you first. The trial lasts four days, requires a payment card and includes AI replies to at most ten reviews. Cancel during those four days and you pay nothing; otherwise the monthly subscription starts.
Check the current price and trial terms on the product page. A review answered during the trial counts once; rewriting its draft does not count again.
Include the time spent on approvals
A negative or sensitive review may need your attention. That takes time but prevents an unsuitable reply from appearing under your business name. Ask how much routine work the tool removes and how much attention you retain for exceptions.
During a trial, compare draft counts, approval time and how often you rewrite a response. Then judge usefulness for your business. See how replies differ by rating.
