Invite clients back on WhatsApp without spamming them
A client last visited for a haircut eight weeks ago. That is useful context, but it is not permission to send every former customer a promotion.
Separate service from marketing
A booking confirmation or reminder relates to an existing appointment. An invitation to rebook or view an offer serves another purpose. Record which kinds of messages each client agreed to receive.
Do not treat one permission as blanket approval for every channel and offer. Check the applicable rules and WhatsApp terms before sending a campaign.
Choose a relevant moment
Start with one reason: a client who usually visits every six weeks might receive a neutral invitation after that period. Use the last appointment and service, not a generic list of everyone who ever appeared in the calendar.
Do not message a client who has already booked again. Limit frequency and make “stop” easy. An opt-out must also apply to future selections.
Watch trust as well as clicks
Measure more than replies. Review opt-outs, complaints and the number of messages that become actual appointments. A smaller, relevant group can be better than a broad, untargeted list.
BarbrFlow describes return messages with marketing consent and an option to stop. Configure those rules and test the opt-out before enabling messages.
Read the WhatsApp Business messaging policy for opt-in and opt-out requirements.
