How to manage Google reviews for multiple locations

With several locations, a reply naming the wrong branch or using the wrong contact details is easy to notice. A central workflow starts with clear settings for each business location.

Map the locations you manage

Check which locations are available to the Google account you plan to connect. For each branch, record who owns responses and which contact route customers may use. Software can only display profiles the connected account can access.

Missing a location? Fix Google access first. Follow the connection steps before setting reply rules.

Configure each location separately

Auto-Reputatie supports a tone, time zone and rating-based rules per location. One branch may allow automatic replies to positive reviews while another approves every draft. Decide who reads sensitive reviews at each branch.

Avoid a universal reply containing an address or phone number that belongs to only one location. Check the correct contact details and the customer’s language before publishing.

Get the right people involved

A complaint about a service at branch A should reach the team that can check what happened. A central owner can keep an overview but still needs the local context. Sensitive cases remain human work even if routine replies are automated.

For example, a review mentions a staff member and a delay. Ask the correct branch for context, but do not reveal appointment records in a public reply. Read when to reply to or report a negative review.

Review the settings regularly

A shared inbox helps only while each answer still sounds like it belongs to the right business.
