Delete your Auto-Reputatie account

You can delete your account yourself at any time, in the app or by e-mail. Below is exactly what happens when you do.

In the app (recommended)

1. Open the app and go to the Account tab.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Type VERWIJDER to confirm and choose Delete permanently.

Your account is gone immediately. A running Pro plan that you started on the website is cancelled automatically in this step; if you started it through Google Play or the App Store, cancel it there.

Without the app

No longer have the app, or unable to sign in? E-mail privacy@corehavenlabs.com with the subject Delete account, from the e-mail address of your account. We confirm your request and delete the account within 30 days. If the e-mail comes from a different address, we first ask for a confirmation from the account address — otherwise anyone could have your account deleted.

What is deleted

• Your user account: e-mail address, name and password.
• Your organisation with all locations, fetched reviews, draft and published replies, settings and notification preferences.
• The Google connection: access to your Google Business Profile is revoked at Google and our copy of the tokens is erased.
• The push token of your device, so no more notifications are sent.

Replies that are already on Google stay there: they belong to your Google Business Profile, not to us. You manage them in Google yourself.

What is kept (temporarily)

• Invoices and payment details at Stripe: 7 years, because tax law requires it. We hold no card details ourselves.
• Server logs with your IP address: at most 30 days, then deleted automatically.
• E-mails you sent us yourself: for as long as needed to handle your request.

Only disconnecting Google

Want to keep your account but revoke access to your Google Business Profile? You can do that in the app under Settings, or directly at Google via myaccount.google.com/permissions.
