Does it also work for cafés, bars and hotels?
Yes. Auto-Reputatie works for any business with a Google Business Profile. Restaurants are the largest group, but it works the same for every hospitality business.
What happens with a sensitive review?
If a review touches on injury, health, food poisoning, discrimination, harassment, a legal claim or anything else sensitive, it is never answered automatically. Not even at five stars. You get a notification, see a draft and decide yourself.
Can guests tell the reply was written by AI?
The reply appears under your business name, like every owner reply on Google. You remain responsible for what it says. You can review and edit every reply before it goes out, or let it publish automatically for the reviews where you are comfortable with that.
What does the trial include?
Four days of every Pro feature, with a card on file, and AI replies to up to 10 reviews. A review counts once, as soon as the app writes a reply for it; editing or regenerating that reply does not count again. Once the 10 are used, the replies you already have stay usable and new reviews wait until Pro starts: automatically after 4 days, or earlier if you choose 'Start Pro now' in the app, in which case €39 is charged right away. Stop within 4 days and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, in the app, monthly. You keep access until the end of the paid period and can undo the cancellation until that date. The 4-day trial can be stopped within those 4 days at no cost.
